Returns & Exchanges

At runderwearTM, we want you to be fully comfortable in your performance gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items back in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure the hygiene seal remains intact for all underwear products.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
